Manage the VGF product line through all stages of the product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities across power generation, gas compression and mechanical drive applications.
In addition, you will:
Drive concept development for NPI (new product introductions) and MGPP (multi generation product plan) programs by analyzing internal and external customer feedback, market research, emerging technology, and competitive trends & positioning
Lead cross-functional teams through product definition and drive product development in-line with the toll gate process to deliver programs that will drive growth
Lead commercialization of NPI’s and new technology to realize business commitments, including development of customer segmented value propositions, brochures / literature, white papers, tradeshow plans, customer testimonials and E-Learning training
Lead in-field issue resolution related to VGF product line
Working in collaboration with marketing, Drive product acceptance through pilot programs into both underserved and emerging markets
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited college or university
Minimum 5 years work experience in product development

Minimum 5 years of experience in product development within the oil and gas and/or energy sector
Bachelor’s degree in Business with marketing and/or international business specialization
Passionate, energizing, courageous, decisive, tough-minded, able to push back and be a change agent of the business
Solid process & program management skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams from various businesses
Strong communication skills & confidence with executive presentations; ability to communicate with colleagues & customers at all levels
Accepting and adhering to high ethical, moral, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others
Understanding of gas engines
