The Program Manager will oversee all aspects of assigned programs, to include customer, quality, technical, cost, and schedule objectives. He/she will lead respective program teams, which consist of assigned representatives from relevant functional groups. He/she will possess the ability to direct and control program performance. The Program Manager will oversee all contractual requirements, and manage both the internal team and customer representatives to assure the control of scope, and maintenance of expected performance aspects. He/she will be intimate with the details and status of assigned programs, and will be prepared to update on program specifics (status, issues, and outlook). He/she will provide a program schedule, and will input to operational priorities, to support overall program requirements. Duties will include coordination of customer partnering initiatives, which may include presentations, shop tours, and meetings. The PM is the primary point-of-contact with the customer, and will be responsible for on-site (resident or visiting) customer representatives. He/she will report to the Director of Program Management.
4 Years College/university education (engineering or other technical degree), or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five (5) years current experience managing programs in a technical and manufacturing environment
