Rocket Fuel’s growing Professional Services team is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, marketing and technology-savvy Sr. Program Manager to drive successful client projects. Engagements will range from implementation of complex, new ad-tech capabilities to development of creative for various channels and solutions. The Sr. Program Manager plays an important, central, and highly cross-functional role to ensure projects are completed on/ahead of expectations with extremely high quality.

Lead the delivery of multiple client projects from conception to completion, ranging from implementation of new ad-tech solutions and data integrations to the development of multi-channel creative assets.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the solutions for each project.
Coordinate communication amongst a multitude of internal and client stakeholders.
Monitor the progress of technical & creative development to ensure project goals are achieved, while proactively communicating issues.
Design, document, implement, and improve business processes.
Prepare, maintain, and communicate project schedules and key documentation, including meeting notes, creative specifications and status updates.
Develop project resource plans and resource forecasting with related parties to ensure appropriate capacity and utilization.
Provide feedback to the Product teams and other cross-functional groups to help define new features and enhancements to improve the platform.

Specific Skill Requirements:
Marketing & Related Technologies
3+ years of experience developing online advertising programs a must.
Experience with the creative development process; good creative intuition and the ability to work with creative designers.
Understanding of basic statistics and testing methodologies.
Ability to comprehend basic HTML/JS (specifically as related to online ad and pixel serving)
Experience at an agency or marketing services firm a plus.
Experience with marketing operations a plus.
3+ years of project management or equivalent experience in technology, data, or online advertising entities.
Ability to work on several projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize activities, advocate courses of action, pursue consistently to completion and clearly communicate results.
Ability to investigate, analyze & solve problems, drawing conclusions based on data.
Capable of identifying out-of-box alternative solutions and translating into actionable recommendations.
Strong organizational, planning & time management skills.
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail.
Articulate both in person and on the phone; comfortable in a client-facing environment.
Strong team-orientation with the ability to develop relationships and influence cross-functional groups; very “customer-service” oriented.
Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
Flexible and responsive to dynamic situations and changing priorities.
Eagerness to get hands-on to figure out how things work.
Entrepreneurial drive to build a program that will have a major impact on the company’s success; willingness to roll up sleeves and do whatever it takes to help make projects and clients successful.
