Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Support and interface with the Consumer Insights and Business Intelligence team as well as the CRM group and others as required. Analyze and interpret Company customer data in order to define the most profitable customers and segment the base using, utilizing SQL, HBX and other data logging tools. Develop documents, and maintains project features, requirements, use cases, change requests, review results, meetings agendas and meeting results, as well as other project artifacts in accordance with organizational standards and processes. Facilitate working sessions used to elicit features and requirements. Collaborate with project team members to validate requirements. Work with stakeholders to ensure that it-delivered solutions meet business unit needs. Act as a lead liaison among stakeholders, project team, and leadership in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization. Work in conjunction with team members and our architectural direction to recommend pathways that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Provide planning and time estimates for own assignments. Assist less experienced programmer analysts. Perform independent analysis activities. Take ownership of problems within the relevant discipline. Work on projects of moderate to high complexity that may involve one or more business partners, interfaces or systems. May assist and provide business analysis training to team members. Maintain an awareness of relevant technology trends, innovations and analysis techniques in the industry. Work toward certification in areas of expertise, when available (e.g. BI). Actively participates in test case reviews, helps to identify test-related issues, risks, and requirements additions or changes, and performs impact analysis on solution delivery. Provide business analysis leadership, mentoring, and coaching. Define business intelligence team training needs. May provide input and expertise in developing business case studies. Incorporate the strategic vision of the business when eliciting features and requirements, and guides teams towards a solution that meets the business needs. Maintain a symbiotic relationship with business partners within the scope of BI work. This individual must be able to work autonomously and effectively in a dynamic and changing work environment.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics or related technical field followed by 5 years progressive post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a computer related occupation.
