Sr. Project Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Project Coordinator role is to provide administrative support to the Client Management group's Project and Operations team by coordinating, participating, and managing Project deliverables and documentation. In addition, this position will be responsible for report creation, ticket data analysis, and report distribution necessary to maintain client satisfaction and help achieve and maintain expected Service Level Agreements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Meeting with Project and Operations Managers to understand all vital aspects of Project deliverables and Client Service Level Agreements
Developing and maintaining project schedules
Critical path development and management for all initiatives
Development and distribution of internal and external reporting
Compiling and maintaining ticket data analysis
Ensuring proper communication to all team members of schedule dates, changes in project requirements, resourcing, risks, issues, and budgetary items
Assisting Project and Operations Leaders, as well as the Client Management
Technical Writer in various activities
Perform additional, related responsibilities as assigned

OTHER FUNCTIONS
Maintain knowledge of PPT business and Client objectives and be capable of achieving assigned objectives within the boundaries of allotted time and resources.
Maintain an awareness of additional business opportunities and work closely with the business development staff to pursue identified opportunities.

Excellent time management, multitasking, and stress management skills thereby ensuring tasks are completed on time
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in fast-paced work environment
Well-developed interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and budget
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
A positive attitude is a must
Ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision
Ability to operate a computer and applicable software packages.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is performed in an office environment
10-15% travel may be required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Business Management or Administration Bachelor's Degree
Five to seven (5-7) years in Project Management or supporting role

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
Must provide writing sample (such as Status Report, Communication Plan, etc.)
