Take Care Health Systems, the leading provider of integrated workplace health and productivity management solutions, is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Infrastructure to join our Franklin, TN corporate office. This position is a vital member of the Operations Team.
As part of Walgreens Health and Wellness division, Take Care Health Systems includes Take Care Consumer Solutions ( www.takecarehealth.com ), managers of convenient care clinics located at select Walgreens drugstores nationwide, and Take Care Employer Solutions ( www.takecareemployersolutions.com ), managers of worksite-based health and wellness services. Position Summary:
Take Care Health Systems , the leading provider of integrated workplace health and productivity management solutions, is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Infrastructure to join our Nashville/Franklin, TN corporate office. This position will report to the Infrastructure Lead of the Project Management Office. The Project Manager must have excellent time management skills to function in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating independent work skills and strong work ethic. The Project Manager must be able to communicate clearly in both oral and written communication focusing on project delivery. May also lead sub-teams for larger projects/programs. In addition, this role will assist with supporting the ESG Project Management Office goals and deliverables for the company.

Essential Job Functions: Oversee and provide hands-on project management of medium to large enterprise wide projects including all phases of project life cycle and/or SDLC. Manages medium to large, custom software development and data integration projects that involves a mid-size number (15 to 20) or greater project team. Ensures quality and timeliness of project results. Ensures established budget is adhered to based upon project requirements. Ability to strategically and tactfully determine resolutions to issues as they arise without direction. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion. Manages risks and mitigations accordingly. Coordinate external vendors, personnel from multiple lines of service and information technology systems resources Lead, manage and facilitate concurrent projects, while remaining flexible with changing priorities, timeframes and scope of services required Create a collaborative consultative work environment, with matrix teams and workgroups across the company Maximize productivity through leadership skills and competencies. Strong time management, organizational skills and attention to detail. Interface professionally with all levels of management, the ability to work with multiple personality types to facilitate cooperation both within the company and with clients. Assess corporate political situations and relationships, and respond appropriately. Facilitate the development and implementation of detailed reports to keep key stake holders up to date on progress, issues and outcomes. Explore and implement a variety of best practices and standardized processes to ensure operational efficiency and scalability. Demonstrate professional communication skills when interacting on behalf of Take Care Health Systems. Consult on critical elements relative to the Request for Proposal process and participate in the presentation process as required. Duties will be conducted in ways that:

  • Ensure Take Care Health Systems Healthcare can effectively maintain and continually improve clinical excellence, client satisfaction, and value received; while simultaneously refreshing and evolving our programs and services to meet the emerging needs of our associates and clients.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree AND at least 5 years’ project management experience leading complex, highly-visible, client-facing projects to implement services and/or applications, that include operations, facilities, and information technology personnel experience OR a High School Diploma / GED and at least 8 years’ project management experience leading complex, highly-visible, client-facing projects to implement services and/or applications, that include operations, facilities, and information technology personnel experience . Success and experience project managing medium to large enterprise wide projects including all phases of project life cycle and/or SDLC. Experience project managing medium to large custom software development and data integration projects. Proven experience and track record of successfully developing and managing technical projects within the established deadline and budgetary constraints. Experience resolving conflicts within a team as issues arise. Experience presenting and reporting on project plans to appropriate stakeholders, executives and senior management. Experience utilizing project management software and other standard project management scheduling tools, such as MS Project and Planview, etc. Advanced level skill with Microsoft Office Suite 2007 or later, and MS Visio. Willing to travel up to/at least 25% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior business development , client services/support, technology experience
  • Healthcare, Facilities, Procurement, Operations or Technology background
  • Experience communicating directly with clients at the senior level
  • PMP Certification or willingness to obtain within one year of employment
  • Experience driving resolution of project conflicts within a team
  • Portfolio Management experience
  • Project Demand Management experience
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Sharepoint .
