The Basics: The Senior Project Manager will drive 1OAK products to market with a concentration on time and quality. The Project Manager will work with various Product Development teams to drive new product development and a multitude of tactical initiatives, ensuring the delivery of our unique products. This role will act as the key go to persons for the Product Portfolio Manager and the Product Development teams.

What You’ll Do (but not limited to):

· Provide support to our Product Development teams by applying the latest project management tools

· Build and maintain project schedules

· Participate and lead daily meetings for each project and update project progress reports

· Act as the critical interface with customers product teams, ensuring seamless transfer of information, product data and accountability

· Assist the Product Portfolio Manager in development and maintenance of product roadmap

· Provide Sr. Management with timely updates on progress of all road mapped projects

· Train engineering staff on use of project management software

· Interface with 3rd party vendors and suppliers to ensure production is kept on schedule to meet established timelines

· Plan, schedule, conduct and supervise a wide variety of tasks with Product Development teams

· Obtain and coordinate resources necessary for successful execution of tasks

What You’re Made of: Love technology and gadgets, possess a technical background preferably in electronics and software, business acumen, communication skills, drive for results, interpersonal savvy, negotiating, planning, process/project management and problem solving

What You Need (but not limited to):

Senior Level Project Manager - Minimum of 5-10 years work experience in Product Development Project Management for complex electronic products AND 5-10 years work experience with SCRUM & Agile project management required

Other requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in a technical field

· PMP certification desirable

· Consumer Electronics background is a plus

· Knowledgeable of electronics manufacturing & supply chain processes

· Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion

· Strong skills with Microsoft Project and Excel

· Experience with software Agile project management

· Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written

· Self-starter with strong leadership potential

· Ability to adapt quickly and learn new software programs

· A passion for new product design and development

· Detail oriented and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
