Seeking independent, detail oriented and highly-motivated candidates to fill a Compliance Project Manager role that will lead and execute compliance projects at QuinStreet. This role is critical in establishing and managing core compliance operations as well as helping set our compliance mission. Join a compact, high-impact team that has visibility across the company. Work closely with Media, Marketing, and Engineering Teams to establish optimal operations and procedures
Ensure all compliance and process development or improvements are executed according to timelines and requirements
Drive improvements to internal products and tools enabling team to be more effective and efficient
Assist and co-own development of risk mitigation plans across marketing channels
Ensure all established procedures are followed during investigations and its successful resolution
Measure team against success metrics to measure effectiveness of compliance priorities
Ability to enter ambiguous scenarios and quickly prioritize, establish processes and execute against them
Proven track record of independently driving and producing high quality results
Significant experience working successfully and effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to naturally cultivate relationships & informal networks to help with solving problems.
Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and effectively through email, phone, and in person
Experience using and leveraging project management tools
Technical or programming experience would be ideal. Otherwise experience working closely with engineers is a plus.
Experience developing product road maps and/or helping uncover important enhancements or improvements
