Ryan Partnership is seeking a Senior Project Manager with integrated agency project experience. This role is on-site in San Francisco, CA.

We are seeking someone with experience managing direct mail, trigger-based transactional email programs, web design, mobile apps and social marketing projects. The Senior Project Manager will manage the documentation, user experience, creative, production/development and deployment for all projects they manage.

The Senior Project Manager will provide structure and support to the client and internal agency teams for complex multi-variant email programs and direct mail projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering creative and meaningful user experiences while ensuring client satisfaction, high quality of work and managing project profitability and risk. The Senior Project Manager will be held accountable for following internal agency process.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for daily client interaction with marketing managers within the client organization. They must be able to independently interface with their client counterparts. The Senior Project Manager will work on projects assigned to a larger program and must be able to think of the larger program picture when executing projects.

The Senior Project Manager is also responsible for ensuring that internal teams are briefed and understand the assignment. This includes directing activities of the project team and assuring that project tasks are completed by: scheduling and facilitating project-related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews, etc,), communicating tasks to team, and delivering status reports to project team, the client, and management. The Senior Project Manager will work with discipline leads to secure resources for their projects.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining and reporting project financials, and is responsible for alerting Account Management when risk factors appear that can affect project budget or success.

Requirements
5-7 years experience with creative / advertising / interactive agency
4-Year College degree
Advanced understanding of the creative development process
Strong knowledge of digital and direct marketing, CRM concepts and brand strategy
MS Project or Workamajig
MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
Knowledge of a variety of technical platforms – mobile apps, web development technologies, social media
Knowledge of direct mail and print production processes

Experience with Project Accounting
Be persistent and firm when necessary
Excellent organizational skills
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast moving environment
Must be able to effectively communicate with internal team; communicate project
