Our client in Reston, VA is looking for a contract-to-hire Senior Proposal Manager ! The ideal candidate will possess experience managing and developing responses to federal government proposals and task orders. The Senior Proposal Manager must also have a background in Information Technology.
Qualifications:
Must be a US Citizen
At least 4 to 5 years of experience managing and developing responses to federal proposals and Task Orders
Understanding of and experience with the federal procurement process and regulations
Information technology experience
Experience with writing federal civilian proposals
Ability to write non-technical sections of proposals from a technical writing perspective
Successful track record of winning proposals
Experience identifying and working with subcontractors
Ability to lead kickoff and color team review meetings for price and non-price volumes
