Senior Recruiter, Enterprise Applications – Talent Acquisition

•Application Development and Integration
•Enterprise Applications, and
We are currently seeking a strong, collaborative and experienced Recruiter to join our Enterprise Applications team. As a recruiter within this group reporting the Senior Recruiting Manager for that team, the selected individual will serve as a hand’s on, full life cycle recruiter working directly with their assigned hiring managers in Oracle and/or SAP, collaborating on candidate sourcing, selection and orientation. The primary focus will be on personally participating in candidate assessment, selection and offer negotiation while supporting overall recruiting as key processes and best practices continue to be developed and rolled out. Key responsibilities include developing and managing relationships with hiring managers, driving more employee referrals into the candidate pipeline, building a candidate pipeline to achieve the necessary hires, as well as consistent use and candidate upkeep in the applicant tracking system.
The ideal candidate for the position will have the following:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Liberal Arts (Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, etc.) or equivalent
•5+ years’ experience in recruiting/talent acquisition; preferred experience with Big 4 consulting firms and/or boutique placement agencies
•Deep knowledge and understanding of consultant/client relationships and direct experience in a professional services industry
•Experience using applicant tracking systems or other resources
•Ability to source and cold call
•A pipeline and network to leverage
•Ability to use behavioral interviewing skills to accurately assess candidate qualifications
•Expertise in outreach to, and sourcing of, qualified candidates
•Knowledge of applicable employment and immigration laws
•Experience in other areas of human resources is a plus

Equipment and Applications
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products
•Intermediate or advanced knowledge of SharePoint environments
•Familiarity with a variety of Applicant tracking Systems, including Taleo
Work Environment and Physical Demands
•General office environment. No special physical demands required.
•Prefer, but do not require, major HCC office locations including Dallas, Denver, San Francisco, Chicago, Seattle, Irvine/LA, NE - NY/Boston, Virginia/DC, or Atlanta.
