Summary of Responsibilities
As a Senior Recruiter at ACTIVE, you will be responsible for driving talent strategies and full lifecycle recruitment for all areas of talent acquisition within assigned customer groups at ACTIVE and will manage all current and future talent requirements for those respective customer groups at ACTIVE, including sales, marketing, technology, product, support, operations, etc. You will assume complete end-to-end ownership of the talent acquisition process and implement and execute creative strategies that position the team and our company to innovate better and faster than any company on earth. You will be required to actively and proactively partner with HR and your customers to execute succession planning strategies to meet the needs and position required talent (internal and external) to shape the company for today and position it for tomorrow while working with a team of highly skilled and energized professionals.

You will (not exhaustive list):
  • Personally own, plan, build and drive a robust, multi-year talent strategies for your customer groups
  • Integrate seamlessly with the business and command a comprehensive, thorough understanding of the business
  • Manage all requisitions for your customer groups
  • Directly source and hire all positions senior manager and above
  • Seamlessly integrate and partner with our RPO provider for all requisitions manager and low
  • Partner effectively with our RPO provider and integrate the outsourced service as an extension of the internal recruiting team
  • Partner effectively with other Recruiting Practice Leaders and other HR support functions to ensure one cohesive HR function to our customers and partners
  • Drive succession planning strategies with peer HR functional groups
  • Report and manage key recruiting metrics and analytics to ensure continuous improvement of the function
  • Deliver exceptional, uncompromising service to our customers
  • Ensure the most positive candidate experience
  • Drive the ACTIVE brand to all external and internal candidates, at all levels and via all channels
  • Enhance systems and processes simplify the recruiting function and improve customer and candidate experience
  • Be the face of ACTIVE to all candidates to brand ACTIVE and sell the value proposition to potential candidates
  • Build and drive strategic initiatives, such as employer branding, technology solutions, campus recruiting, etc.
  • Develop / build a robust candidate pipeline and supporting tools to ensure pipeline is current and connected
  • Partner with appropriate functions and team members to build out a Social Networking strategy
  • Build extensive partner networks throughout the Talent Acquisition field, cross industries
  • Partner with entire HR staff and extended TA support

  • 10+ years’ experience in professional corporate recruiting or executive search experience required
  • BA/BS Required
  • Proficiency with MS OfficeSuite, Recruiting Systems, ATS and other relevant SW applications/tools
