Manages the full life-cycle of the recruitment process for mid-senior level positions across the agency.
Ensures that properly qualified candidates are recruited and hired in accordance with the needs of the agency and in compliance with legal guidelines.
Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, including EEO statistics.
Builds a candidate pipeline through target outreach.
Builds and manages relationships with sources of employment including professional organizations, colleges and universities, staffing agencies and community partners.
Organizes, plans and participates in various recruiting events, career fairs and informational sessions in the advertising community and on college campuses.
Focuses on continuous improvement for talent delivery and researches various hiring processes and recommends appropriate changes in an effort to enhance existing programs.
Partners to build and support diversity initiatives that relate to hiring.
Assists in the development of recruiting literature, brochures and interview guides.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on Recruiting preferably in the advertising or professional services industry.
Experience with and knowledge of all legal aspects of recruitment and selection, discrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity, federal/state wage and hour laws required.
Experience with establishing recruitment and retention metrics and utilization of applicant tracking tools. Knowledge of vendor management is highly desired.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills as well as proficient computer skills including Microsoft applications, HRIS and web base recruiting.
