Job Description:
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for the operational and administrative effectiveness of ISO-NE’s Recruiting/Staffing Process and the corresponding interfaces with people, processes and systems – both internal and external to ISO-NE.

• Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing to on boarding
• Ongoing (daily) coordination of talent pipeline and corresponding recruiting/staffing lifecycle as it relates to open and projected workforce needs
• Develop key talent pipeline to fill critical positions for succession planning needs
• Generation and management of recruiting/staffing reports, processes and budget projections
• Design, propose and implement the approved short and longer term strategic roadmap for the ISO-NE recruiting/staffing capability
• Identify, build new and maintain existing partnerships to ensure seamless interfaces between HR and business teams
• Manage projects as assigned to completion

Job Requirements:
7-10 years related recruiting/staffing and human resources business process/function experience. Experience recruiting in a highly specialized/technical industry is preferred.

Familiarity with:
• Federal and state laws regarding employment practices
• Best practice recruiting /staffing methods/tools (E.g. behavioral based interviewing, pre-hire assessments etc.)
• Social media savvy; ability to leverage social media to connect with top talent
• HR policies and procedures
• EEO
• Working knowledge of immigration processes
• Talent Management System/HRIS

Proficiencies in Microsoft applications to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
