Koch Industries, Inc. (KII) is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join the Corporate Human Resources team. This individual will play a critical role in attracting and acquiring top talent for KII Corporate Capabilities. The Senior Recruiter will lead all aspects of full life cycle recruiting including:
Understand the businesses’ recruiting needs and developing a recruiting strategy
Assist in completing a job requisition and defining basic qualifications and an attractive job description
Evaluate candidate submissions
Conduct phone interviews
Participate in on-site interviews
Play an integral part in offer determination and offer details
Assist with transitioning offerees to the new hire process
We are looking for an innovative candidate that can become a strategic partner with business leaders to:
Gather, analyze, and present internal and external market data on salary, hiring trends, etc. as it relates to the industry and function of the position
Utilize techniques such as direct sourcing, networking, database searches to attract candidates
5+ years of experience in a professional environment
2+ years of professional recruiting experience
Experience working with and understanding Employment Law including: EEO, Affirmative Action guidelines, and OFCCP Definition of an Applicant
Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System
Experience with Microsoft products including Word and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle highly sensitive information confidentially and with discretion
High School diploma or equivalent
5+ years of professional recruiting experience
Work experience in other Human Resources roles such as employee relations, training, etc.
Experience utilizing the Taleo Applicant Tracking System
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources
Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
