Position Overview
We are looking to grow our Talent Acquisition team in Austin, TX! We value our client relationships and seek to expand our team to accommodate these growing RPO partnerships and meet their professional hiring needs. We are looking to hire a senior level Recruiter with advanced sourcing skills, strategic client management experience and the ability to create fans of executive level client leadership. The ideal candidate will be a versatile, customer-facing HR professional or Recruiter experienced in mid-senior executive level recruiting.   • Partner with our clients and recruit top notch talent, utilizing state of the art technologies, including access to multiple job boards, Linked In Recruiter and many other tools
  • Generating and converting passive and active candidates
  • Successfully adapts as a consultant, advisor, and true business partner to the client
  • Proven success in developing strategic solutions and creative sourcing plans while providing direction to clients and candidates throughout a full cycle hiring process
  • Embracing technology, ensuring workflow standards are met and maximizing ATS systems
  • Working within metric goals and comprehensive reports to improve efficiency and results
  • Proven track record with recruitment needs analysis: recognizing areas for improvement, building a case for change, and implementing creative solutions
  • Working in a collaborative, fast paced team-oriented environment
  • Genuine interest and commitment to the recruiting field with the desire to elevate in your profession
  • Ability to create job descriptions and interview guides
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a recruitment role supporting mid-senior level

A mix of corporate and agency recruiting experience strongly preferred

Successful relationship management skills

A proactive, consultative style with outstanding communication skills

Exceptional process and project coordination skills

The ability to think out-of-the-box
