Traditional will not work. We are looking for a strategic and creative Senior Recruiter. The individual in this role will be an exceptional communicator, business partner and strategic sourcing expert. Your primary responsibilities are to ensure the highest level of talent is introduced to the organization. The right Senior Recruiter is driven by partnering with their client groups to develop a creative and effective recruiting strategy while focusing on the overall candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have proven success in the areas of full lifecycle recruiting and be driven by quality of hire, not time to fill.
• Define and consult on talent acquisition and recruitment strategies to support aggressive growth
• Understand the talent market, competitive and local environment and its impact on all aspects of the business
• Partner with hiring managers to provide high quality passive and active candidate flow
• Provide leadership and counsel to hiring partners as needed, which may include the resolution of complex issues, organizational development and coaching
• Function as key member of the Global Talent Acquisition Team, ensuring team is providing strategic value to overall organization
Traits and Experience:
• Demonstrated success in driving full cycle recruiting efforts within a fast paced environment
• 7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in high growth scenario, preferably within high tech environments
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a well-developed network within the high tech/consumer electronics space
• Flexibility, maturity, and sound judgment
• Undergraduate degree preferred
