Senior Regulatory Analyst
Oversee the completion and filing of all regulatory forms and documents required for permitting gathering lines and facilities. Provide environmental advice, assistance, and support to Engineering, Operations, Construction, and Land departments.
Works with consultants to prepare and submit required forms necessary for the installation of midstream pipeline infrastructure including pipelines, compression & treating, and other associated field facilities. Relevant experience in the North-East part of the United States (PA in particular) is highly preferred for this position.
Interface with Governmental Regulatory Agencies.
Track compliance and regulatory concerns with state agencies including the PA-DEP and the USACE. Analyze and communicate new and changed governmental regulations to affected parties.
Provide permit tracking on all regulatory permits for areas of responsibility.
Assist in development of company environmental mitigation sites.
Travel to project areas will be required for this position.
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelors Degree in environmental, geographic, physical or biological sciences, engineering or related field and a minimum of two years of applicable regulatory experience.
Proficiency in GIS and/or CAD skills will be considered a plus.
