As our Senior Replenishment Analyst, you'll develop & drive strategies to grow replenishment with our retailers. You'll monitor and report on detailed customer forecasts for replenishment styles. You'll analyze data and make recommendations in order to achieve profitability, customer coverage and inventory goals. You'll provide modeling scenarios and trend analysis on size, stock outs, sell-through, etc to drive business opportunities, meeting target service levels. You'll collaborate with sales, customer service, and category planning to ensure multi-season time lines are met, ensure data integrity and continually improve forecast accuracy. In addition, you'll inform partners of market trends impacting service levels and recommend actions necessary to maximize inventory levels, manage close-outs, and other opportunities.

DUTIES:
  • Create product and brand demand, understanding external constituents and effectively presenting company or product information
  • Create copy, creative, photos, product placement or communication expertise to enhance the consumer experience
  • Drive digital creative concept of imagery needs, decision support tools and other activities to support initiatives and roadmap
  • Project manage web site design, implementation and/or creative initiatives in support of overall marketing strategy
  • Drive and support Sales and Operations planning efforts for North America Always Available
  • Lead shipping forecast alignment by product engine, through detailed analysis of business trends; customer forecast performance, Point of Sale analysis and retail metrics
  • Communication of plans and performance to senior level management across the NA Supply Chain
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 5 years relevant, content management, systems management experience, understanding of marketing assets/content
  • 10 years' forecasting or related experience
  • 5 years' additional relevant work experience in lieu of degree
  • Proven ability to apply advanced forecasting and analysis techniques and provide supporting assumptions
  • Strong computer skills, including ability to use complex query tools and create reports with database and/or spreadsheet programs
  • Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills (multi-tasking) and self-motivation
  • Proven written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • Retail Buying/Planning experience is preferred
  • Experience with supply chain software applications (i.e. i2, SAP) is preferred
  • Experience in auto replenishment is preferred
