Provide methodological leadership and guidance to team of junior researchers. Design, manage, and deliver impactful insights derived from a variety of quantitative methods, focused on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty studies. Actively engage with and build a strong business relationship with the client which result in profitable business growth. Effectively manage the day-to-day operations of studies within budget parameters. You will play a critical role as the primary client contact and research expert in the category which includes a large Tracking component as well as ad hoc requests. You will be expected to maintain a superb Client Service relationship as well as find opportunities to improve the service and research solutions offered to the Client. You will be responsible with the other members of the team for delivering exceptional thinking and service on every project in order to create significant impact on the client’s business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Proactively develops exceptional client relationships in support of GfK's partnership strategy
  • Manages the performance and development his/her research team
  • Manage profitability of the study
  • Demonstrates excellent strategic skills in writing and reviewing client research reports, and writing final summaries and conclusions for client research projects
  • Develops compelling proposals that demonstrate outstanding research design to meet client needs within applicable constraints
  • Provides Fact Based Consulting by understanding critical business issues and utilizing multiple information sources to bring value-added insights to clients
  • Proposes Added Value initiatives and provides Actionable Insights to the Client

Experience and Skills:
  • 7+ years related work experience marketing research or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Financial Services, C-Sat, Loyalty or tracking will be highly valued
  • Knowledge of Quantitative techniques is a must
  • Must have excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills. Must be able to “own the room”
  • Must be able to drive grow the Client book of business
  • Ability and drive to build the practice, generate revenue and manage a growing portfolio
  • Strong collaborator, able to work in a matrix environment
  • Ability to manage complex projects in a tight deadline
  • Proven record as a Strategic Consultant
Education: University degree in related field, Masters, MBA is a plus.
