TECHNICAL RESEARCH SKILLS: Skills and competencies required to execute market research tasks and processes.
Manages the survey instrument development phase for a broad range of projects.
Analyzes data using computer applications such as SPSS Base or Dimensions - Reports for Surveys or from tabulated data.
Has an understanding of study design and execution for a broad range of research methodologies.

Effectively leads multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting financial goals. Develops project plans; Coordinates projects; Communicates changes and progress; Completes projects on time and budget; Manages project team activities.
Directly supervises 2 to 4 employees. Responsibilities include training and mentoring employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; providing regular performance feedback; developing subordinates' skills and encouraging growth, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Communicates directly with clients in ways that build rapport, trust, and customer satisfaction. Manages challenging client situations; Anticipates and responds promptly to client needs; Solicits client feedback to improve satisfaction.

Education and/or Experience:
B.A. in related field such as Business, Economics, or Social Sciences. M.A. preferred.
At least 2 years of prior experience in market research, preferably with a supplier.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to manage individuals and teams contributing to multiple projects simultaneously and deliver quality results within budgets. Knowledge of team dynamics. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and management skills. Good business acumen.
