We’re looking for an experienced consultant who’s keenly aware of the inherent challenges and possibilities that companies face in crafting an exceptional retail program. Having a storied and successful track record in consumer marketing program design as well as a clear and cogent approach to solving merchandising, store operations, and/or retail marketing challenges will make you a star with us and our clients.
We would love to connect if you have had at least 3 years of direct retail strategy experience. Experience in the context of a professional services firm helps but operating internally as a consultant to different groups/teams can be just as useful. Quantitative analysis (“retail math”) is a key lever that you must be fluent with and able to distill and elevate to executive staff. Multi-channel domain knowledge is also critical as we seek to address client's overall strategies, addressing all channels in a holistic manner.
Though our focus and experience is not limited to any one vertical, having expertise with consumer packaged goods or consumer electronics clients is particularly helpful. Travel is not usually anticipated but could very well be a part of certain projects. Having some flexibility in that regard would be nice. Add to all of this your inherent project management, presentation and team facilitation skills and you've got an overview of the person who'll make a big impact here at Lenati.
