We develop innovative web applications using cutting edge technology to meet the most pressing challenges facing public school districts today. Public schools across America are using our software and services to increase the effectiveness of Special Education programs, Teacher Development programs, and for overall management and planning. We're serious about changing the future of public education in this country. If you can connect to this mission and want to develop leading-edge Rails applications, we want to talk to you.

In addition to the applications we build, we also have a significant consulting business. Our Executive Team has national visibility and is helping to move forward the national debate on how to improve public education. Although our software division is relatively new, we are part of a larger, established company; this allows us to enjoy the agility of a startup, combined with the stability of a 7-year-old company.

Our ideal candidate is an intelligent, pragmatic generalist looking to identify and create solutions to real-world problems. This person has world-class coding skill and a passion for mentoring others and helping to expand our growing team. We believe firmly in mutual respect and growing and learning as a team. Our process includes code reviews, pair programming and TDD. We also have a strong partnership with Terrible Labs, and our collaboration with Terrible Labs is an important part of our workflow. We have multiple positions for developers with a range of experience levels.
