Responsibilities: The preferred Sr. SAP Basis administrator who is committed to quality, customer satisfaction, and result oriented is to provide an excellent customer experience as part of a highly competitive Global SAP Technical Services team. Participate in the installation, monitoring, SAP Software upgrades including support packs, enhancement packages, and performance tuning of SAP environments, ensuring the efficient and secure operation of the SAP systems, which include new SAP dimensional products such as Business Intelligence, ECC 6.0, BI, BOE, BODS, PI, EP, SCM, liveCache, SRM, MDM, GRC, Solution Manager, NWDI, Virsa, Java stacks, and other SAP applications to meet expanding business requirements. The candidate must possess excellent communication skill.
Participate in the installation and upgrade of new dimensional SAP systems to meet expanding business requirements including Installation of Dual stack/SID (ABAP/Java).
Provide technical administration for SAP web application environment as it relates to Biller Direct 6.0, Internet Sales 5.0, TDMS, and NWDI.
Provide technical administration of multi-landscape environments through client copies, system refreshes of both ABAP and Java stacks, and transport management
Understand SAP best practice relating to transport management strategy, and familiar with Third party Transport Management tool such as Realtech’s Transport Manager.
Configure and maintain SLD, SOA, XI adapters, and CTS+ for systems based on dual stack,
Implement single sign-on (SSO) solution for portal, backend (R/3 and BI) systems, and Business Objects enterprise.
Practical experience interfacing to Third party technologies such as Vertex, Business Objects, Redwood CPS, Wily introscope.
Research and implement solutions for Basis functionality in the areas of performance monitoring, tuning, and systems configuration using the SAP best practice outlined.
Contribute technically to team objectives and integrate new technology into the team.
Provide Basis technical support to ABAP developers, functional team, Help desk support personnel, and other support groups to resolve system issues.
Provides assistance in developing and implementing proper security measures in order to provide data integrity and confidentiality of information.
Provide documentation, share SAP Basis technical knowledge, mentor junior team members.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Work across functional support areas to tune SAP applications for optimal performance.
Evaluate enterprise-wide SAP application systems and develop detailed analysis reports and recommendations for business critical systems.
Participate in on-call rotation to provide SAP Basis support during off business hours
Excellent presentation skills and facilitation skills

Qualifications: Required Qualifications
Must communicate in English effectively both verbally and in writing in order to provide clear, concise communication to Management, Basis team members, and others
Technical Hands on knowledge of SAP BI7.0, ECC 6.0, SM7.0, PI7.1, EP7.0, J2EE, MDM, HCM, SRM, SCM, liveCache, UNIX AIX, Oracle, ABAP and Java stacks. .Web tools, enterprise system management, tools and trends.
Bachelor's or higher level degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related discipline with project management and technical experience.
Experience must include a minimum of twelve (12) years of Information Technologies experience, a minimum of ten (10) years SAP Basis Hands-on technical experience.
Certification in SAP is preferred.
