Job Description

Summary of Responsibilities:
This position serves as the primary contact for campaign managers to institute campaigns utilizing the lead systems. This person coordinates the activity necessary in the various support systems, , eLeads and SmartOffice ,MicroStarategies to assure that leads flow through the systems properly. This personal also administers the lead fee dispute database and handles lead fee disputes. Additionally, this person provides instruction for and processing for Local Marketing leads and SmartOffice campaign wizard marketing.

Principal Responsibilities:
Connect all the necessary parties necessary to run campaigns to assure that lead distribution, eMA, sourcing, and call center etc. are all informed and leads are delivered and tracked appropriately.

Manage the lead fee databaseincluding transition to new platform. Serve as lead on lead fee disputes, documenting and reporting on activity.

Process lead chases for the call center, researching location, doing root cause analysis to determine if changes in distribution may reduce the need for chases.

Serve as the main business contact in the installation of Leads from Websites and on installation, maintain and troubleshoot as needed.

Supervise the processing of business reply cards, providing instruction and system access to data entry help. Additionally, review business reply work for concerns regarding mailings.

Provide reporting to management on all of the above activity as needed, with regular updates in an agreed upon period.

Job Requirements

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:
7 years of related work experience.

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Knowledge of the financial services industry and products

Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite, esp. MS Excel & MS Access

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Desired:
Knowledge of the financial services industry and products

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple products simultaneously

Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret and take action on available data

Ability to share systems knowledge with team members

Strong detail orientation and project management skills

Ability to partner with field and provide compromise solutions while maintaining the integrity of the lead generation and distribution platforms.
