This is a highly visible position working with key customers in North America. This position will involve interaction with high level and technical members of various customer organizations. It will also involve pre sales technical discussions, presentations, demonstrations, as well as a program tracking and management. Personnel in the position must demonstrate excellent communication skills, initiative, enthusiasm, teamwork, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Work together with sales team to identify and target key customer programs
• Develop key customer relationships with technical staff
• Stays abreast of technology trends both at the customer end and in the imaging market
• Documents and reports on progress of programs
• Seeks to improve program operations, including tracking and reporting, interface with technical projects completion, and documentation
• Contracts with customers regularly to communicate program status and to resolve customer problems
• Prepares reports to keep the global teams informed on program requirements and progress
Requirements:

  • Knowledge of and interest in imaging business
  • Knowledge of handset architecture is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 yrs. experience in managing programs
  • Excellent task management and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Attention to detail. Excellent writing and technical reporting skills
  • Ability to communicate with a diverse group of individuals at all levels of the customer organization
  • Ability to network within the industry and build relationships
  • Undergraduate degree; preferably, ME or EE or Business degree
