In this role, you will:
Integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization
Manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise
Be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a field leadership role in service or project management
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a services leadership role or leadership role of 50 plus direct / indirect reports

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Prior experience in leadership of company compliance, employee health / safety and protection of the environment
Prior experience in a financial background with P&L experience
Strong customer service orientation and extensive customer interface experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
Six Sigma training (GE Employees only)
Knowledge of O&M financial operations with ability to control cost margins levels within financial targets of the business.
Ability to work with customers meeting commercial contractual terms within the in the terms of the contract
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
