Coordinate with Senior Program Representative to provide company and program administrative support to Nangwik personnel at the work site. Related duties are in addition to employee’s primary function and responsibilities as stated in the AFISRA Statement of Work (SOW) and the applicable job description. SSR duties will interfere minimally with primary duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Effectively perform primary functions as outlined in AFISRA SOW.

2. Coordination with MLS Site Lead regarding scheduling, performance tracking and management.

3. Manage team of multiple linguists, intel analysts, content and/or training managers at the work site

.

4. Support and manage customer and prime contractor relationships.

5. Ensure projects and reports are completed on time and within budget.

6. Recommend and/or lead new processes where needed to improve quality or on-time delivery.

7. Effectively recommend as to hiring, promotions, wage adjustments and terminations based upon operational needs.

8. Prepare and present Employee Performance evaluations and submit to Corporate within 30 days of the Performance Evaluation due date.

9. Comply with all essential duties and responsibilities as outlined in primary job description.

10. Other duties as assigned.

Supervision

1. Personnel management; by carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures, and applicable laws.

2. Various administrative duties including but not limited to time keeping, required training and onboarding.

Education and/or Experience

Ability to effectively communicate (written and oral) with senior-level contract and corporate senior staff.

Understanding of Air Force training, evaluation, and quality assurance methodologies.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and team building skills.

Knowledgeable in project management and continuous improvement techniques.

Must be highly motivated and comfortable working with minimum supervision.

BS/BA degree.

Ability to create and present reports and briefings for senior leadership.

Computer Skills

  • Working knowledge of program/project management tools (MS Project and reporting).
  • Proficient in MS Office.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Clearance:
  • TS/SCI with current SSBI

The employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment.

During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
