Job Description

Primarily focused on Oracle’s Content Management portfolio and SOA suite, develop and maintain software applications, integrations, and processes by incorporating peripheral knowledge of other SWN applications and related technologies in the analysis and design of complex solutions. Administer and maintain vendor software and frameworks. Provide collaborative expertise to the Enterprise Information Management team.


Develops software of high complexity.

Develops detailed design specifications of moderate complexity.

Estimates level of effort for moderately complex software development tasks.

Develops and executes unit and system test plans.

Administers and configures 3rd party applications.

Assists in the technology selection process.

Establishes and champions software development guidelines and standards.


Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university with 8+ years of relevant experience.

Strong analytical and complex problem solving skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrable experience with Oracle UCM or other enterprisecontent management products.

Experience with SOA, BPM and B2B technologies.

J2EE architecture in all aspects of development including JSP, EJB, JDBC, JNDI, JMS and JAVA.

Demonstrated experience resolving complex business and application problems.

Ability to use complex coding and debugging techniques to develop and test software.

Thorough understanding of object-oriented, database, data integration, and multiple tier application architecture concepts.

Moderate understanding of software development technology and processes in the IT environment.

Experience with RDBMS & SQL (Oracle preferred)

Basic understanding of related IT functions (infrastructure, network, etc.).

Familiarity with Linux/Unix (OEL Preferred).

Familiarity with Windows Server a plus.

Oracle EBS experience a plus.

Microsoft SharePoint development a plus.

Enjoys working as a member of a team, fosters a team environment, is an active and positive participant in forming a team oriented culture.

Works well under pressure with changing priorities and a not always predictable workload.

Demonstrates an aptitude for continuous learning and personal development (intellectually curious).
