Build highly scalable systems that detect fraud and spam using classification, clustering, anomaly detection, etc.
Constantly improve datasets and features to improve classification accuracy
Integrate, filter, and aggregate data from various sources (e.g. MySQL, Hadoop, MongoDB, other third party API's)
Extract, cleanse, and prepare large data sets for statistical analysis, machine learning, data mining, mathematical modeling
Excellent CS skills in Java, Python or other OOP language
Experienced in working with multiple databases and datastores (MySQL, HDFS, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.)
Experienced in spam and fraud detection
Hadoop experience desired but not mandatory
Web development experience desired but not mandatory
Deep care for team play, collaboration, knowledge sharing
Deep care for test driven, agile, fault tolerant and highly scalable software development
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. CS, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics) with 6 years or MS with 4 years of industry experience
