SPECIFIC SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Provides expertise, in a leadership capacity, in
software development and engineering.
Codes and tests software based upon software
specifications and designs.
Analyzes and studies complex system requirements.
Designs software tools and subsystems to support
software reuse and software development.
Uses sound software engineering principles to ensure
that developed code is modifiable, efficient, reliable,
understandable, and fault tolerant.
Provides software process management and control
throughout the coding portion of the software
Provides SW support as covered in SOW paragraphs
3.1-3.5, 3.7-3.12, 3.14-3.17.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Minimum of ten (10) years working on software intensive
projects for government or industry customers,
demonstrating increasing levels of technical expertise
Within the last seven (7) years, a minimum of five (5)
years programming experience for software intensive
projects using a minimum of two (2) of the programming
languages listed in SOW 3.1a .
Within the last five (5) years, a minimum of three (3)
years experience with at least one (1) of the operating
systems listed in SOW 3.1b .
Within the last three (3) years, demonstrated
programming experience leading/strongly supporting a
project for one (1) of the technologies listed in SOW
Demonstrated ability to successfully lead a project that
develops complex software functionality and execute a
complete software life cycle (requirements, design,
develop, test, validate, deploy).
ADDITIONAL REQUIRED SKILLS
Criterion I: Within the last five (5) years, a minimum
of three (3) years of experience developing software in
a Linux and/or Windows environment.
Criterion J: Within the last three (3) years,
demonstrated experience leading a software development
project requiring virtualization solutions.
Criterion K: Demonstrated experience developing secure
desktop and/or mobile solutions using Citrix XenClient
Criterion L: Demonstrated experience in a Windows 7
Criterion M: Demonstrated experience developing WiFi
(IEEE 802.11) solutions for commercial and/or government
Criterion N: Demonstrated experience with virtualized
machines and/or Trusted Platform Modules (TPM).
