To maintain, prepare and review designated accounting functions and financial information within the accounting department, including reporting, internal control procedures and systematic posting, reconciliation and maintenance of general ledger activity.
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time. Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, YARDI, Timberline and asset software. Ability to communicate effectively and objectively, ability to interact with peers and management and possess independent time management skills.
5-7 years relevant accounting experience.
