Marvell is looking for an experienced Senior Staffing Operations Manager who can help our Global Staffing Operations scale to the next level.
The role will involve:
Process Efficiency - You will drive contextualized best practice process efficiency improvements through your ability to analyze the overall staffing process and its components, identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and opportunities to serve our customers better. The resulting solutions will be innovative process re-designs that are efficient, scaleable, supportable and customer oriented.
Systems – you will be familiar with at least one top tier Recruiting System and understand how technology can be effectively leveraged to accomplish the organizations recruiting goals.
Reporting – As part of your process re-engineering role you will establish the data points, ensure consistency in the data, and define metrics, reports and analytics in conjunction with Staffing, HRIS and Analytics teams.
Training – You will partner with the Talent Development and Engagement team to build curriculum for recruiters, managers and anyone involved in the recruiting lifecycle, ensuring effective change management and process uptake.
You will be partner with Marvell’s external staffing Vendors and Agencies, handling the establishment and maintenance of those business relationships and contract verification in conjunction with the Legal and Finance departments.
