Work closely with Sourcing organization on management of Third Party Vendor Contracts
Management of Vendor Partners and Vendor Strategy
Develop and maintain “white board” scheduling of all deployable resources in group
Develop and maintain skills matrix tracking system
Develop and maintain forecasted staffing needs by working with PS leadership to understand planned future work
Maintain and analyze bench and utilization statistics to understand trends with regards to capacity planning and leveling
Work with deployable consultants to assist them in skills growth, mentoring opportunities to meet future demand and increase ability to be engaged
Manage end of engagement process to include end of engagement feedback on performance of employees, final notifications to finance and leadership team of project completion, etc
Must have strong communication skills and be highly motivated.
4 year college degree preferred
A minimum of 8-10 years staffing or management experience including minimum of three years of contract/sourcing management and or contractor management experience preferred
Ability to lead and manage diverse consulting engagements
Ability to lead and manage regional customer territory
Preparation of Statements of Work and proposal responses
Must possess strong presentation and communications skills at multiple levels of an organization.
Ability to coach and mentor a matrix team of 10-15 contract consultants

Possesses common industry certifications for area of focus
