emnos USA is looking for a Senior Statistical Analyst who is enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, and a team player to join their Chicago-based analytical team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MA/MS in Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, Social Sciences, Economics
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics role on client side or agency/consulting/marketing analytics
  • Ability to mine large volumes of data into actionable and accurate information
  • SAS and/or SPSS proficiency is a must
  • Hands on experience in one or more of the following preferred:
  • Segmentation: Clustering/Factor/Structural Equation Modeling
  • Direct Marketing: Linear and/or Logistic Regression/Optimization Techniques
  • Test and Measurement: (Experimental Design - Fractional Factorial/Taguchi methods)
  • Ability to communicate ideas and analysis results effectively both verbally and in writing to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to lead large scale analytic projects
  • Responsive to client needs: ability and desire to continually deliver great, quality work to clients

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead analytical delivery on large analytical projects across a broad range of clients
  • Defining scope and methodology
  • Mentoring team of analysts to deliver work
  • Managing technical requirements (both client data as well as internal emnos infrastructure)
  • Hands on analytical support (using SAS and Excel)
  • Interpretation and presentation of findings (using PowerPoint)
  • Client facing engagement
  • Project work will involve a combination of marketing analysis that covers our 6 analytical areas:
  • Data auditing
  • Data mining
  • Segmentation
  • Profiling
  • Campaign analysis and Modeling
  • Dashboard reporting
  • Potential line-management responsibilities
  • Clear and concise documentation and interpretation of outputs from the above work
  • Work closely with the consulting team to advise how your analysis can inform acquisition / retention / growth strategies
  • Providing support to the analytical team in the following areas:
  • Sharing knowledge and inputting ideas
  • Provide insight and make value-added contributions toward the improvement of methodologies, processes, and analytics
  • QA analytical work
  • Training and development of analysts
