Seeking a strategic planning and organizational development professional to drive the growth of the Direct Businesses group at MetLife. You will work hand-in-hand with the head of strategy and organization planning and senior leadership to execute innovative business plans and catalyze cultural change.
Our schedules are packed and every day brings new and unexpected challenges. The organization’s success is not assured – we have to earn it. You are a creative, results-oriented relationship management guru, who thrives in demanding and quickly changing environments. You are willing to develop yourself and can juggle diverse, competing priorities with aplomb. You are passionate about solving problems and excited by opportunities to revolutionize the way we work. We want someone who eats challenge for breakfast, re-designs old processes for lunch, builds a groundbreaking strategy over dinner and loves every minute of it. If you’re seeking a run-of-the-mill planning role that pays the bills, this job isn’t for you. If you’re a renaissance man or woman with a desire to be part of something bigger than yourself, this job is for you.
