McNeil Consumer Healthcare Division, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Senior Supply Chain Planner for the Fort Washington, PA site.
McNeil Consumer Healthcare Division of McNEIL-PPC, Inc markets a broad range of over-the-counter products, including TYLENOL® acetaminophen products, ZYRTEC® and BENADRYL® allergy medicines, IMODIUM® A-D anti-diarrheal, MOTRIN® IB, and SUDAFED® nasal decongestants.
The primary responsibility of the Senior Supply Chain Planner is to ensure continuity of supply of finished goods for an assigned brand/franchise. This individual is responsible for managing inventory levels and the deployment of finished goods according to customer demands and company objectives. The individual will also advise management and brand/franchise team members of the current and future status of product supply related information for existing and new products.
The Senior Supply Chain Planner is accountable for achieving brand/franchise Unit Fill Rate and Inventory metrics. These metrics are achieved through planning, reviewing, and managing the finished good SKU level inventory levels. This individual is also responsible for taking corrective action to resolve both the immediate and potential future reoccurrence of supply shortages and proactively communicating customer service impact to stakeholders.
The Senior Supply Chain Planner will regularly review and understand network capacity requirements and capabilities to ensure that brand/franchise customer demands are met. The Senior Supply Chain Planner is accountable for translating demand requirements into capacity requirements for the production plants.

This candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree. A MBA is preferred. A degree with a focus in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business, or Technical field is preferred. This candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of business experience and minimum of 1 year of direct Supply Chain experience. Experience with Six Sigma/Process Excellence Tools, Training and/or Certification is preferred. Experience with statistical forecasting programs is highly preferred. CPIM and/or CPF certification is also a plus. Strong knowledge of SAP is preferred. Strong Microsoft Office experience, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint is required. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret large amounts of data is required.
This candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. This candidate will have the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while working independently. The ability to work in a matrix environment where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlines exist is also required.
This position requires a minimum of 10% travel and is based in Fort Washington, PA.
