As Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the support of our corporate development, R&D, test and production infrastructures, including storage, networking, virtual and bare metal services, as well as cloud-based services. As a key member of the Operations team, your primary focus will be on building and maintaining virtualized and cloud-based UNIX/Linux system, but you will also get the opportunity to work with cutting-edge service management and database technologies. You will also work internationally as a team lead for 3
- level internal user support in conjunction with the company’s Global Helpdesk.
BSc degree in Computer Science.
3-7 years of experience with UNIX and/or Linux systems administration.
Solid experience with open-source virtualization solutions (XenServer, KVM).
Experience with networking technologies and protocols, including routers, firewalls, load-balancers, proxies, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
Demonstrable working knowledge of storage systems, including SAN/NAS, GlusterFS, Openstack Swift.
Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Nagios).
Deep understanding of IaaS systems, such as OpenStack, Cloudstack, Eucalyptus, OpenNebula, etc.
Proficiency with scripting and automation, using Bash, Python, Perl, Ruby, etc.\
Expertise with database systems, including relational (MySQL) and documented-oriented noSQL (MongoDB) systems.
Solaris, OpenSolaris or SmartOS administration.
Experience building and maintaining GlusterFS clusters.
Experience working within a global firm.
