This position is responsible for developing and updating procedure

manuals, Standard Operational Procedures, bulletins, training and quality

assurance materials, and any additional documentation requirements

derived from the various Anti Money Laundering Compliance Programs.

It also has the accountability for delivering training and leading

training and quality efforts across different multicultural sites. Must

work individually, but at the same time partner and collaborate with

different management groups to ensure customer satisfaction not only

by integration and standardization of Compliance processes, but also

by achieving quality and efficiency linked to operational responsibilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in documentation

maintenance, and training and quality assurance. Excellent English

Skills (C1 or C2 level according to the Common European Framework)

including reading, writing and oral skills. Strong analytical, planning,

communication and mentoring skills. Capability to adapt to changes

fast and work under pressure. Good knowledge of Visio, Word, Power

Point, and other documentation platforms. Ability to work flexible

hours. English philology/translation background or degree and/or third

language knowledge (a plus).
