Provides technical architecture and design services to Scottsdale Healthcare in the discipline of system architecture and component integration; ensures that technical solutions solve business problems; possesses a much broader range of business and technical expertise; translates business requirements into technical requirements and assists other team members in designing and implementing solutions. Defines data/information architecture standards, policies and procedures for the organization, structure, attributes and nomenclature of data elements and applies accepted data concept standards to technology projects. Facilities consistent business analysis, data acquisition and access analysis and design, database management system optimization, archiving and recovery strategy, load strategy design and implementation, security and change management. Ensures data/information asses are identified, stewarded and leveraged across the organization. This role designs architecture-centric solutions in addition to providing guidance to the business sponsors and developers in delivering solutions that adhere to and that meets the strategic objectives set forth by the IT Leadership.
Works independently in support of specific business initiatives, as well as on teams of various sizes and makeup that may involve direct reports, peers, managers, vendors, customers, consultants. Works at the enterprise level to make technical decisions that adhere to the Enterprise Architecture standards.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
5 years of experience with technical architecture analysis and design; developing large-scale, distributed, semantically interoperable systems.
· In depth knowledge of Enterprise Architecture modeling, UNIX, Linux, and Windows platforms, and associated integration techniques, Oracle and SQL Server databases, Health Information Exchanges, SOA Application Integration, JAVA Application and Middleware development, SOA Governance, Healthcare standard messaging platforms, including HL7, EDI, 4010/5010, and healthcare adapters, interfaces, and services, Secure Web Services, Single Sign On, and Token Security, OLAP Services and designing and development of interfaces/interoperability solutions for Healthcare products.
· Ability to provide a complete and thorough presentation and explanation of solution components or concepts to senior level management, customers, or internal stakeholders.
