To help support our rapid rate of growth, we are looking to hire a Senior Technical Consultant, who will be responsible for presales and implementation support of the Decisiv Email Management product for Recommind's customers.

Professional Requirements:
Experience working and managing relationships with enterprise customers

4 + years experience implementing and supporting enterprise business systems

Able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

Quickly develop a deep understanding of customer's business and technical environment.

Strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills

Able to travel in North America and potentially abroad

Flexible work schedule to accommodate off hours work on customer production systems

Technical Requirements

Expertise in Windows desktop environment

Expert knowledge of Windows systems and architectures, including Active Directory, Exchange, Outlook, Windows Desktop OS's, SQL, Citrix

Knowledge of document management/email management systems

Knowledge of search based applications and methodologies

Good knowledge of Java, .Net, HTTP, Jetty, XML,

Competent in troubleshooting in depth windows, networking, mail and SQL issues.

Knowledge of ticketing systems and support processes

Solid documentation skills both customer facing and internal for technical and non-technical correspondence

Solid time keeping and reporting skills

Development experience

Experience in a Corporate or Law firm as either an applications manager or desktop support

Direct experience with external customers in regards to technical consulting and support pre and/or post sales

Information Science background
