PM focused requirements
  • PMP certified
  • 2-3 years of waterfall methodology experience
  • Proven experience working with highly technical web services projects from front end to back end of the development process
  • Solid understanding of common project management methodologies and disciplines
  • Knowledge and experience with .NET
  • 5+ years external client management experience
  • 8+ years services delivery management experience
  • Expert written, verbal and presentation skills to all levels of management
  • Demonstrated ability to write management level technology documents
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills
  • Demonstrated technical abilities using all MS Office tools including MS Project
  • Passion for working in an extremely fast-paced environment

  • Facilitate, lead and motivate team to meet client expectations on time, on budget and of top quality
  • Educate project stakeholders and sponsors on the benefits of using project management best practices
  • Manage assigned projects from beginning to end using well-defined project management process
  • Proactively communicate each stage of SDLC to clients
  • Clarify and communicate project objectives, including detailed understandings of milestones, deliverables and success criteria to all necessary stakeholders
  • Foster stakeholder communication
  • Requirements breakdown- transform requirements into manageable tasks
  • Estimate time and budget requirements
  • Status reporting to clients and management
  • Manage project team’s work scope
  • Evaluate and improve team productivity on an ongoing basis

BA focused responsibilities
  • Meet with new and existing customer stakeholders to investigate business pain points, and promote Partnerpedia’s customized solutions offerings
  • Meet with new and existing customer stakeholders to gather business and functional requirements
  • Regularly and frequently liaise with customers to ensure project and customer satisfaction requirements are being met
  • Work with sales team to support customer idea generation, and assist in facilitation of developer estimates
  • Create Business Requirements Documents (BRD) defining the needs of the system
  • Create Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
  • Define functional requirements and assist in FRD writing
  • Provide clarity regarding UI/UX requirements
  • Participate in regular knowledge transfer sessions with Account Executive
  • Assist in creation of system demos to customers and gather feedback for revisions
