The Senior Technical Recruiter, Data Center is a key member of the recruitment organization. The position requires the ability to understand complex IT job requirements and needs in multiple locations across the US. This person will have expertise in recruiting employees who are highly experienced with servers, storage, virtualization technologies, backup technologies, disaster recovery, networking, and databases. This position is based out of our Fremont, CA headquarters. Position will report to Director of Recruiting.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Gain the trust of the delivery team
Thoroughly evaluate candidates
Technical recruiting of top caliber candidates
Ability to analyze, research and understand requirements to identify qualified talent
Proficient on resume search portals, using search engines, passive techniques and utilizing social media tools to identify candidates
Work closely with candidates for Resume preparation, interview scheduling, and initial screening on the phone
Communicate at all levels to inform the delivery team, and management about a candidate search status
Use sound business judgment and common sense when approaching obstacles and solving problems during candidate searches
Balance the demands of the customer with the defined constraints of the candidate search
Identify areas for improvement
Strive for enthusiastically satisfied clients on every engagement
Experience level: 6-10 years, IT recruiting experience with an emphasis on Data Center technologies around servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and databases. Must be comfortable recruiting for all levels of employees within Data Centers, including shipping and receiving, asset management, PMO, etc.
Business acumen: Ability to be understand basic technical requirements, conduct job searches and initial screens against job requirements
Technical writing: Ability to write and review technical job descriptions
Practice Involvement: Ability to engage in Practice specific opportunities and developments
Sales: Ability to identify potential IT Solutions sales opportunities while speaking with candidates and clients during technical recruiting searches
Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
