Mixpo is seeking a full cycle Technical Recruiter to own the In-house recruiting process. This is an awesome opportunity for someone that is comfortable working in an autonomous environment and likes being held accountable for results but given free reign and resources to accomplish their goals. Ideal candidate will have strong networking and sourcing skills and be tenacious and results oriented. As the majority of planned hires will be technical in nature, a background in technical recruiting is an absolute must!
Develop internal strategies to prioritize recruiting needs.
Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and collaborate on the type of candidates that would be best for their role(s).
Search for candidates on job boards and other networking sites.
Pre-screen candidates to see if they are a possible fit within the team.
Generate candidate pipeline, primarily for engineering, but also for other functions when needed.
Attend and host local networking events to elevate presence of company in marketplace.
Research salary data and recommend appropriate compensation levels.
Implement and maintain candidate tracking systems.
Provide regular recruiting and hiring status updates to Executive Team.
Experience working with applicant tracking systems.
Proficient using Boolean search logic.
