Demonstrate a willingness to question and challenge the information and advice, and expand on it to provide different levels of information.
Edit, clarify and proofread documents written by other staff and work with non-writers on ways to improve their writing skills and contributions to documentation.

System administration and/or development experience on either Windows or Linux. Experience of multiple platforms is an advantage.
Illustration or diagramming experience, turning the description and information into an easy to understand illustration.
