The Senior Training Analyst is responsible for providing training support for RxCLAIM and should have demonstrated expertise in classroom and blended learning solutions. They must deliver high quality learning and performance in efficient and effective ways using a variety of training methods. The Senior Analyst will have an understanding of the pulse of the training industry and related trends, techniques and measures. Must have the ability to manage through several project timelines, deliverables and initiatives as well as provide successful classroom management. Must be proficient in oral and written communication skills.
The Training Senior Analyst is also responsible for assisting the Instructional Design team to develop and maintain training materials. Their diverse role will range from project manager working closely with curriculum developers, analysts, and business subject matter experts, to hands-on development of training material.

Establish a positive reputation for adding significant value to the business through relevant, efficient and effective results driven learning and performance initiatives.
INFLUENCE: Takes initiative and helps to form strategic partnerships within the Print Production and Eligibility teams and beyond. Proactively builds and leverages relationships across the enterprise with colleagues throughout the company toward a common good of CVS Caremark.
Position requires 30-50% travel as required to support training in other locations. Primary location Irving, Northbrook, or Scottsdale
- 6 + years of applicable experience
- 3+ years of mentoring experience or 2+ years of classroom instructional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in medical insurance, benefit plan set-up, and/or a related healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in classroom and blended learning solutions
Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of education.
