PD Systems, Inc. is looking for a Senior Training Specialist with 5 years of related experience as an instructor to military
and civilians personnel in practical maintenance actions without supervision. Able to lead efforts amongst
in-house personnel as well as coordinate efforts amongst other personnel that may be both civilian and military,
to coordinate, arrange and/or attend planning meetings to analyze training, security and other issues in-line with
training, to provide effective instruction using multiple media sources in a classroom environment. Effectiveness
judged by a variety of factors, some of which may include student critiques and evaluations by Government personnel.
Able to generate and update instructional curriculum, to travel with the Mobile Training Team to some or all Home
Station Training events, to demonstrate skill in troubleshooting, repair and use of computerized or automated test
equipment. Experience as a mechanic or technician on a similar product line or other military vehicles or heavy
equipment. Computer literate and capable of creating reports, emails and briefings. Familiar with MS Office Suite
(Word, Excel and Power Point). Possess or qualify for a Class B commercial driver’s license. Possess or qualify
for a military instructor certification or civilian equivalent. Relevant military experience preferred. Possess or
qualify for a DOD SECRET with NATO security clearance.
