We're looking for a phenomenal UX Designer to join our global UX team and further innovate on our cross-device video experiences that are watched by millions of global consumers daily.
We'll have you work closely with our UX researchers to discover consumer mental models and user patterns for video engagement, product managers to create the vision for the next generation of cross-device video experiences and the UX team to bring the vision to life with both interaction and visual design.
Design and specify user experiences using iterative design techniques, including rapid prototyping, quick usability sessions, and data-driven design decision making.
Produce UX requirement specifications, personas, interaction design flowcharts, design prototypes, and design specifications.
Effectively communicate design thinking/rationale, conceptual ideas and detailed designs, both verbally and visually.
Collaborate with other UX designers and researchers in translating research findings into concepts and mocks.
Work closely with our world-class engineers to ensure that the design works well in implementation and all edge cases are considered.
Participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that includes other UX designers, UX researchers, product managers and engineers.
CRITICAL: You * must * have an online portfolio. Applicants without an online portfolio will not be considered.
At least 4 years of UX design experience, with an eye for detail in interaction design, in high-traffic consumer experiences.
Strong knowledge of UX design processes and methodology, particularly as applied to cross-device consumer experiences.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as PhotoShop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle and/or SketchBook Pro.
Excellent communication and organization skills, including the ability to juggle multiple deadlines at once.
Bachelors degree in Human-Computer Interaction or a related design or behavioral science discipline.
