High Profile Opportunity for Top Performing Sales Leader.

Leading market research firm has a unique opportunity for a proven Senior VP of Sales to join the executive leadership team.

You must have prior success leading a national sales team selling consulting services, market research or similar professional services to a B2B clientele made up largely of Fortune 1000 companies. You must be comfortable managing a high volume of quick turn-around small deals ($20,000.00) combined with a significant number of deals larger than $100,000 with sales cycles of 6 months or longer. Your track record includes working as a strategic partner with the executive team, as well as being an effective collaborator with marketing, operations and administration.

You have been a key player in developing and implementing effective sales processes and you have taken the lead in all elements of sales operations including quota setting, compensation planning, incentives, recognition, recruiting and retention.

As leader of your sales team you have performed effectively as coach, trainer and mentor and have a proven record of developing and growing your employees while managing the sales team to a consistent level of high performance. You can clearly demonstrate that you can manage the sales team day-to-day by outlining your experience in funnel management, forecasting and accountability of your team.

You have strong business acumen and stay well-informed about industry trends, competitive initiatives and advances in your marketplace.

You must be comfortable travelling up to 40% of the time. You must have prior earnings of at least $150,000.
