We are currently looking for a Senior Vice President, Global Servicing to work in our Parsippany, NJ office.

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for leading global service strategy and implementation for the Sothebys International Realty membership internationally. The global servicing function will focus on partnering with existing affiliates to leverage the brand offerings to produce optimal growth results. This position will have 6 direct reports responsible for multi-state and multi-country territories. This person will be responsible for building and maintaining a leadership role in order to facilitate strong relationships between Sothebys International Realty Affiliates, our affiliates and sales associates. This person will also be responsible for ensuring consistency in the overall global service delivery and ensuring alignment across the globe. In order to succeed in this role, this person will work with their staff to understand strategic opportunities and help capitalize on affiliate strength and Sothebys International Realty resources to deliver upon the brands value proposition. The Senior Vice President, Global Servicing will identify industry trends and lead the affiliate members through various market conditions. He/she will also work very closely with domestic and global sales to identify growth markets and define M&A strategies. This person will ensure critical challenges are resolved and opportunities are executed upon. As a member of the Sothebys International Realty Senior Leadership Team, the Senior Vice President, Global Servicing will work collaboratively with Marketing and Operations to continue to position the brand as the leading luxury real estate franchise of choice.

Key Responsibilities: Lead SIRA leaders to reach their growth potential Develop a strong facilitator/leadership role within the system Monitor state, country and global performance and lead service deployment efforts to drive results through affiliates and sales associate base Work with domestic and global sales to develop global strategy in line with SIRA growth goals Work with Marketing and Operations to define and execute strategic programs to grow market share Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of global service delivery and hold team accountable for implementation Play a leadership role in industry events including both within SIRA and within the industry overall Ensure overall global service strategy meets the needs of our evolving customer base across the globe Hold team accountable for overall alignment of service delivery Solve complex financial and business challenges by working through directly with the affiliate Monitor and educate on key industry trends

Minimum Qualifications:
BA, BS required; MBA Preferred 20+ years experience in brokerage operations, business strategy or consulting 15+ years in a sales influencing environment required Extensive experience in service delivery, preferably for a global operation Real estate brokerage ownership experience strongly preferred Knowledge of competitors servicing models Stellar presentation skills Client focused individual Proven success with organic revenue growth Ability to influence leaders Operational experience to include budget management Ability to resolve complex problems working through various stakeholders Real estate knowledge in countries outside of the US is preferred Knowledge of and experience in utilization of current real estate technology Multi-lingual capabilities a plus Extensive travel required (approximately 50%)
